Regular Bowel Movements

Constipation can be very uncomfortable and over time can cause serious health concerns such as a visit to the ER or long term build up of toxins in the body. The best way to avoid constipation is through a healthy lifestyle and nutritious diet.

The following protocol includes supplementation suggestions to help maintain regular bowel movements. Go to the Acute Constipation Relief Protocol to alleviate acute constipation and help produce a bowel movement quickly.

For regular bowel movements, take the Ther-Biotic Complete probiotics and try the Evac Psyllium to see if regular bowel movements occur. If this does not work for you, try the BioMaintenance Prebiotic+Fiber instead of Evac Psyllium. You could also use the Evac Psyllium and the BioMaintenance+Fiber at the same time. It is very important to drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Once regularity is achieved, continue with the Ther-Biotic Complete. Then try adding fibrous and prebiotic foods to your diet to maintain regular bowel movements naturally, while reducing the Evac Psyllium and/or BioMaintenance Prebiot+Fiber.
