Osteoporosis Protocol

This protocol supports bone maintenance and/or increasing bone density. The supplements have a synergistic, complementary effect and should all be taken as directed. The Bone Builder Forte includes three supplements combined to save money and lessen the need to take so many separate pills.

Please take the supplements with food. The form of vitamin C recommended in the protocol should not cause any gastrointestinal issues, but take one vitamin C capsule per day with food first to make sure your body is fine with it and then work your way up to three per day. You could take one with breakfast, lunch and dinner if that is convenient.

Take Bone Builder Forte and vitamin K2 with food.

In addition, increase your consumption of dark greens such as broccoli, kale, spinach, Swiss chard, watercress, collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens and escarole. Also include fruits, vegetables, fish and nuts.

You should consume the recommended amount of protein, which is .8 to 1 gram of protein per kilogram of body weight per day.
