to maintain regularity.
Take the magnesium citrate first. It has the best chance of working within 4 hours.
If the magnesium citrate doesn't help within 4 hours, take the Pure Ascorbic Acid. If that doesn't work, try the MCT oil (this will only work if you don't usually consume MCT oil). Please drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Peppermint Spirits can be used at the same time to reduce intestinal cramping.
